These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of MeCo, including the non custodial wallet, event platform, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, Services). The contracting party is PLATTER SDN. BHD. (we, us, or our). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Service Scope

MeCo may enable you to create or use a non custodial blockchain wallet and to discover, register for, attend, or participate in events made available through the platform. Event features may include registration, optional social media handle submission, registration questions and answers, stamp missions, attendance and activity records, tickets, payments, and rewards. Features can vary by event and organizer.

2. Non Custodial Wallet

MeCo is non custodial software. We do not receive, possess, control, or recover your private keys, recovery phrase, or digital assets. You alone are responsible for safeguarding your device, private keys, recovery phrase, passwords, and wallet access. Never share a recovery phrase with anyone, including us. Loss, disclosure, or compromise of credentials may result in irreversible loss of assets.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving each blockchain transaction. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, rejected, or subject to network and third party conditions beyond our control. You bear gas fees, network fees, taxes, and other charges associated with your transactions unless an event expressly states otherwise.

3. Event Platform

Event organizers may use MeCo to publish events and administer participation. When you register or participate, you may be asked to provide information or complete missions. An organizer may establish event-specific eligibility, rules, deadlines, ticket terms, refund rules, reward criteria, and privacy notices. Those terms supplement these Terms; where there is a conflict, the event-specific terms govern for that event unless they state otherwise.

You understand that ticket purchase, payment, or reward fulfillment may require a wallet address or third party payment or blockchain service. We do not guarantee event availability, admission, organizer performance, reward availability, or the value or transferability of any ticket, reward, token, or digital item.

4. Eligibility and Compliance

You represent that you have legal capacity to enter these Terms and will comply with applicable law. You may not use the Services if doing so would violate sanctions, export controls, embargoes, or other legal restrictions applicable to you or us. You are responsible for determining whether use of blockchain, wallet, ticketing, payment, or reward features is lawful where you are located.

5. Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate information when required and keep it current. You must not misuse the Services, including by:

1) using the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;

2) attempting unauthorized access to our systems, another user account, or another wallet;

3) introducing malware, disrupting the Services, bypassing security controls, or scraping the Services except as permitted by law;

4) submitting false registration information, manipulating attendance or mission records, or improperly obtaining tickets or rewards; or

5) infringing another person’s rights or using the Services to finance unlawful activity.

6. Third Party Services and Organizers

The Services may link to or integrate with blockchain networks, decentralized applications, payment providers, event organizers, venues, sponsors, analytics providers, and other third parties. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, services, acts, omissions, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms.

7. Intellectual Property and Feedback

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Services and their content, except for content you own. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. If you provide feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation.

8. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY, DIGITAL ASSETS, SMART CONTRACTS, AND THIRD PARTY SYSTEMS INVOLVE MATERIAL RISKS, INCLUDING VOLATILITY, SECURITY INCIDENTS, SOFTWARE DEFECTS, AND IRREVERSIBLE TRANSACTIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MECO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF ASSETS, PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeCo and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or another person’s rights.

11. Changes Suspension and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created risk, or if required by law. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the Last Updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.

13. General

These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale.
